The OCM International Office is the place to contact if you are a patient from abroad. Our team will take care of all health-related matters and any legal or administrative steps necessary as well as the specific requirements of our international patients - always ensuring the utmost in confidentiality.

Formalities

Our International Office takes care of all formalities relating to the stay in the clinic. Visas must be applied for by patients in their home country. On request we will prepare all the necessary documents for you. If you do not speak German or English, the Office can arrange for a professional interpreter, who will also of course maintain the highest levels of confidentiality.

Financial matters

Our International Office will prepare an individual quotation for you before admission. This will include costs, the expected duration of treatment and prepayment options.

Documents

In order for OCM to offer the best treatment options as quickly as possible, the International Office will require detailed up-to-date medical results. They can be sent to us by fax, email, or mail. Our team will respond straight away once they have consulted with the specialists.

Accomodation / Transfer

Our international patients may choose to stay with us as an inpatient in the event of an operation. We also offer a comfortable place to stay for anyone accompanying the patient – all with the strictest confidentiality in mind. On request, we can also recommend a chauffeur service for the transfer from the airport to the clinic.
