Dr. med. Manuel Köhne
- Specialist for Orthopedics and Trauma Surgery

- Senior team physician for German national alpine, ski cross and freestyle skiing team
Specialist for knee joint diseases
Manuel Köhne always had a particular soft spot for knee joints, which is why he concentrated on this joint from the very outset. Following a long-standing and distinguished cooperation with major German knee pioneers, he set up his own knee team within the OCM in 2013; since then, he has constantly refined his expertise for “all things knees”. Today, Manuel Köhne performs around 1,000 knee operations a year. The focus is hereby on the treatment of torn cruciate ligaments and meniscal injuries, along with the operative treatment of terminal arthrosis through artificial joints. His work as the senior team physician for the German national alpine, ski cross and freestyle skiing team results in a synergy from his own interest in sports and the practice of top-flight medicine for high-performance athletes.
