Certified endoprosthetics centre of maximum care
At OCM Munich, the team of doctors specialising in arthroplasty provides arthroplasty treatment for around 3,500 patients per year. The OCM has been certified as a maximum care arthroplasty centre (EPZmax) since 2012 and is therefore also qualified for replacement arthroplasty and particularly complex cases.
Audited by endoCert
OCM Munich undergoes an annual audit by the independent EndoCert organisation. All structures and processes are checked against strictly defined criteria. Only clinics that offer comprehensive diagnostics, treatment, inpatient care and initial physiotherapy can qualify as an arthroplasty centre.
The surgeons of professional athletes
After a sports injury, athletes want to regain full mobility and performance as quickly as possible. To achieve this, the optimum therapeutic measures must be initiated at an early stage. Numerous competitive and professional athletes from Germany and abroad rely on the expertise of the OCM doctors, who also work as team doctors for the German national alpine skiing team.
