Nine physicians are in charge of the OCM
The OCM is run by a team of nine physicians. All of them are joint owners of the practice and have an equal say in important decisions relating to the enterprise. What do all nine have in common? All of them are qualified and highly-respected orthopedic surgeons with a wealth of expertise and many years of experience.
Management of the OCM
Along with the ten owners of the OCM, the Medical Director and Managing Director work hand-in-hand on a daily basis to control all of the medical and administrative tasks. A complete administrative team take care of daily organizational matters at the OCM: they are responsible for quality management, accounting, IT, the International Office, human resources as well as communication for the overall enterprise.

Our focus is on quality
The quality of our medical service and all of the associated processes concerning our patients is paramount for us. We believe that it is important to constantly improve our quality management system to take changing underlying conditions into account.
In addition to our ISO certification, we collaborate with partners who specialize in implementing and monitoring all of the relevant guidelines so that we can be sure that operations in our clinic and surgery also meet the necessary requirements in terms of hygiene and medical technology. Our partner for hygiene is German Consulting Center for Hospital Epidemiology and Infection Control (Deutsches Beratungszentrum für Hygiene), which is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000, just like the OCM.
